A shrine on wheels for mobile pujas in Mysore. I love this idea! I'm thinking about going back to my sculptural roots of ten years ago to make some more mobile structures with which one can perform rituals, etc. Needless to say, life in India revolves around religious and social ritual. As destitute as so much of the population is, I never saw any drunken or otherwise disorderly people in the street. Everything is done according to a code of conduct, even begging.
