Here are two girls I ran into in Puttaparthy who were not at all shy and readily mugged for the camera. Everyone there says "Sai Ram," which basically means "Praise God," to everything. I guess it's sort of like "Aloha" (many applications). I felt a little on the spot when these girls said it over and over to me very insistently like a broken record. Should I have responded with some sort of code phrase?
